So I woke up this morning and checked my email. One of the first mails I saw was an email from UCLA telling me to visit their webpage to find out the decision status of my application to their film school.

I logged to find out that I had been denied. I guess I’m not too broken up over this since I had been leaning towards trying to get straight into the film industry, but it’s still one less option that I have now. And it also would have been nice to be a Bruin finally. I guess I’ll settle with just being a Phoenix.
Now to keep working hard at finding a job for the summer…

So I’ve been testing out a new program called Measure Map. Currently, they’re still in the alpha phase of testing, but it works pretty reliable and the user interface is pretty nice. If you’re interested in signing up to test it, go to Measure Map.com.

One cool feature about the software is it keeps track of how people get to your site, including what search terms people use to find your site. I’ve been keeping track and here are some of the more amusing ones that people have used that apparently brought them to my site:

Also, I can keep track of what sites have links to mine that people have clicked on. One such site was the German Wikipedia page for Halle Berry, I kid you not. Apparently, someone uploaded my Flickr photo of her as the reference photo on the page. Go figure.
