So it appears that a majority of my posts have been compromised and either outright erased or filled with spam links. More than likely, it’s because I’ve been using an outdated version of Wordpress (2.0.1) and I didn’t pay attention enough to see whether or not there were security loopholes.

Also, since I’ve been running several other sites, this blog really hasn’t been given its fair share of attention over the last couple years. So as of right now, this site is going on hold until further notice.

If you’re looking for more info about me and my work, I suggest you check out my business’ website, TostieProductions.com and the sites for my movies, “Under the Boardwalk” - A Monopoly Documentary and Yellow Lights.

Thanks for visiting.

My apologies if you are seeing duplicates of older posts. I’m having major issues with comments spams and trying to take some steps to cut down on it.

I promise I will do a full post on what has been going on in my life sometime this weekend.

So I was checking through my email after rehearsal for Yellow Lights tonight, and I noticed that Measure Map had sent me an email:

“I want to share some important news with our earliest users of Measure Map.

Since its inception, my colleagues and I have seen tremendous potential for Measure Map to influence how people blog, and how they understand participation on the Web. We have always expected it to be big, and as such, our desire was to give Measure Map its start and then send it out into the world to grow and evolve into a strong, meaningful application.

Through the dedication of a fantastic team, along with your tremendous support in the form of feedback, feature requests, and overwhelmingly positive comments, have built a product that is fundamentally different from every other analytics application available today. We’re both grateful and proud…”

For those of you who don’t know, Measure Map is one of the software programs that I am using to track traffic for this site.

Generally, I’ve been very happy with how the interface is as well as the fact that this software is free. However, the software is still in an alpha version and it shows in places like the portability to different blogging software.

So it makes perfect sense to me that Google would buy Measure Map to hopefully combine elements of the Measure Map software with the Google Analytics software, which for me is not that user-friendly. I look forward to using the future beta version of this software combination!
If you want an invite for Measure Map, go to measuremap.com and sign up.
